點菜
遇到那些半熟的朋友便很傷腦筋,大家想找個代表快快點菜,把菜單推來推去,結果推到我這個位置,原則上我是個樂意點菜的人,但基於對這些半熟朋友的口味不認識,要東問西問,甲不吃牛,乙不好辣,丙怕煎炸,最倒霉是丁原來吃素,他客氣的叫你不用理他...這時,你點菜的意欲應該降至零,最後索性叫個六人套餐,把點菜的任務交回寫套餐的經理決定。
同枱吃飯,最能讓我發揮的,是遇上那些闊佬懶理,飯來張口而不偏食的人,菜單一交到我手,我便可立刻選菜,最好的策略,是叫些熟悉又美味的菜式,再加一兩個聞所未聞,而又想像出來應該很美味的廚師推介,例如上一篇提及的過橋上湯象拔蚌便是個很精采的發現。最後看見大家開懷大嚼,便是點菜者最大的滿足感。

same feeling tonight at 798. actually, i don't mind to take the 'responsbility' to order dishes, the trick is never order all the foods you like, u'll be blamed. don't order foods they 'might' not like, u'll be blamed. Order nice dishes but costly, you'll be blamed. Cheap dishes but turn out bad taste, you'll be blamed. Best strategy is order your own set only! haha
